The New Mexico Society of Association Executives are proud to our Workforce Development Summit.

The success of every member of a trade association is closely linked by New Mexico’s ability to attract, educate, and train the current and future workforce. Whether your association represents healthcare, construction, bankers, hospitality, oil and gas, agriculture, or any other industry the availability or lack of a skilled workforce significantly impacts the success of the industry and the success of individual companies throughout the state. 

At this event we will hear from the leadership of the New Mexico Workforce Solutions Department, New Mexico Public Education Department and the New Mexico Higher Education Department about their workforce development strategies and points of collaboration to work directly with industry across the state. We will also explore how association executives can work directly with the state leadership to improve workforce development within their own industry.
